Logos and marks

Vector files, free to use when referring to Zeus. Please do not alter the logo or use it for another product. The statues and skies on this site are museum photographs with their own credits: see art credits.

Typefaces

Cinzel, for headlines and inscriptions

Cormorant Garamond, for sub-headings

Inter, for reading and interface text. All three are open-source fonts under the SIL Open Font License, self-hosted on this site.

The wordmark is drawn from Cinzel capitals, after Roman inscriptions, and converted to outlines. Cinzel is also set live for headlines on this site.

Usage rules

Please do

  • Write “Zeus” in normal text, not “ZEUS”.
  • Keep clear space around the logo of at least the height of the mark’s bolt.
  • Say “Zeus by Verne” or “Zeus, a Verne product” when introducing it.
  • Use the light logo on dark backgrounds.

Please don’t

  • Stretch, recolour, outline or rotate the logo.
  • Use the logo for a fork or another product (rename forks).
  • Suggest that Verne endorses your product.
  • Use the artwork to depict anything Zeus does not do.

Full rules: trademark policy.

Boilerplate

Zeus is a free, open-source download helper for AI assistants, made by Verne Ltd. It lets assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor download files through the Model Context Protocol: it resumes interrupted transfers, takes over failed browser downloads, uses a website login only after a person approves that site, and verifies every file. Zeus runs locally, sends no telemetry and is licensed under Apache-2.0. It is in pre-alpha: release 0.0.1a is available for Windows and Linux. Learn more at zeus-site-bay.vercel.app.

Try the pre-alpha

Zeus 0.0.1a is a pre-alpha release: try it in your browser on a private sandbox, or download it for Windows or Linux. Expect rough edges.
